Broken car. Zero customer service and wa

I bought a car from this place a year ago. They said they would service the car, and after a week, they delivered it. From the first day, warning lights on the dashboard started turning on, and there was a loud, alarming noise. Rainwater would enter the headlights, and I had to change the bulbs several times a week. I took the car to a car wash, and two parts of the car had cracks that had been covered with polish. The car's exhaust was broken. All these problems for a car with only 14,000 miles and one year of use. I told them I wanted it for a taxi. They scheduled three appointments, and each time I traveled from a different city to their location and waited for 10 hours. They never resolved my problem. With fake smiles and offering tea and coffee, the only thing they care about is closing the deal. Do not trust their warranty at all. For a year now, I've been dealing with the warning sounds on the dashboard and other issues, and it's given me headaches. Other mechanics can't fix this electrical issue. When we call, they say to contact the after-sales department, and when we call there, the same person answers again! Can we expect a positive outcome from appointments where no one cares about the customer, and everything seems corrupt?!"
