Rude & unprofessional

Staff seems rude and unprofessional. They advertised a car online. I drove 33 mins to have a look. When entered, wasn't greeted and was told to come back in 5 mins... Only to be told the car wasn't here... Horrible, horrible "service" if you can call it that. I'm surprise they make a living from this.
