I recently purchased a second hand Kia Niro from Mantles in Royston after finding the company online. Having lost my husband very suddenly and with him being a mechanic, he always knew what to look for when buying a used car. I could have found the experience daunting but I needn't have worried. Richard, the salesman who dealt with me went over and above his call of duty. Nothing was too much trouble and he went to great lengths to ensure I found the car that was perfect for me. He had the patience of a saint! The whole team in fact, were wonderful and made me feel that I was a valued customer. When I went to collect the car, Richard went through everything on it to make sure I knew how it all worked before driving off. I would definitely recommend Mantles to others.
