Wow, a Free New Engine!

I bought a three year old Crossland in January from them. In June the engine 'blew up' and lost all compression on one cylinder. It was out of warranty and I was expecting a very expensive repair. They worked hard to make a case with Vauxhall for some goodwill support and in the end I got a completely new engine at no cost to myself! I'm hugely impressed with the aftersales service and a big thank you to all at Watling Street, but especially Josh in the service dept.
