Diabolically poor quality
I am unfortunate enough to have Marshall’s as my closest dealer. Their service department is incompetent, often incorrect, upsells expensive services needlessly, staff are rude, the service manager is frankly clueless. I would suggest Landrover Boston (I ended up buying my car there, as Marshall’s couldn’t find the car I selected in their own car park! ) My experience is that they are going from bad to worse
