Untrustworthy and unprofessional

In July, I had my car’s door locks repaired under warranty at Audi Coulsdon. A few days later, one door began making a rattling noise. Weeks passed, and the noise worsened, so I booked another appointment with them. Today, I was told I’d need to pay £240 for further checks, despite my car being under warranty and the issue likely stemming from their initial work. This is unacceptable. Audi Coulsdon damaged my car and is now trying to charge me for it. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid this dealership.
