Horrendous!!

Booked in to see a car and booked an appointment, we drove over two hours and only when we got to this awful place did they happen to mention that they actually sold the car before we got there!!! No one called us or messaged us to let us know and they did nothing whilst they knew we were travelling. I run a customer service company and let me tell you this company doesn’t know the slightest thing about it and don’t care about customers at all!! AVOID
