In December 2015 I prchased a new WK 400 Trail bike from Oxford St. M/C. From the outset the speedo did not work, this took three months to correct. There was also a problem with the bike constantly stalling creating some dangerous situations. This issue was never resolved and the bike has remained at Oxford St. M/C for three months with no contact from them as to repair. I have since learned from DVLA that the bike was never registered, taxed or legally transfered to me despite assurances from Oxford St. that they had completed the DVLA requirements. I requested a refund for my purchase but have received no responce. The matter is now in the hands of the Courts.
