Avoid Good Gears Carsat All Costs!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Good Gears Cars. I purchased a car that was fundamentally unfit for purpose, and within two months of having it on the road, the car has been in the garage for four weeks due to ongoing issues. When I raised these concerns, I was dismissed and told to find a garage to fix it—yet, no local garage works with the Momentum warranty they offer, so don’t be misled by that part of the deal. After weeks of back and forth, the only “solution” they offered was for me to take a £2,000 loss on a car I bought just two months ago. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s clear that they take no responsibility for selling a car that isn’t roadworthy. Now, I’m left feeling unsafe driving this car, worried about potential breakdowns and putting my family at risk. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership. They sell cars with questionable MOTs and then refuse to take ownership when things go wrong. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
