Wonderful experience and first class

Hey Mercedes , I was only in for a spare part and was welcomed by a lovely lady called Kelly who showed me round and couldn’t believe how far advanced the designs and technology in all the ranges. My Mercedes sadly will be handed down to my son and I am coming back in for a CLA which she said she also had. I thought it was just sales talk but she went out of her way to show me hers which was lovely and shiny black model as there wasn’t another black one in there. Thanks for showing yours to me Kelly and all the knowledge and explaining how the cars now talk to you. Very much appreciated and you have restored my faith in your products especially after my clutch problems . Five stars + from me See you soon RG from Hinckley
