How can they only be 4.2!!!!

4.2 review shows that you cannot please everyone. I am 66 so been to a few dealers in my days But it has taken me 40 years to find an honest, fair and courteous car dealer, I will not go anywhere else for my cars in future (if I have one at my age) 6 stars from me Rob and the team. I am not a robot!!!
