Never again!

Do not buy from this company. Tried to lease a car on the 18th of August and because of their incompetence and their errors when processing a finance check on my credit report, they applied 47 times for check which has hugely impacted my credit score. They won't take any responsibility for it and now I am left with a bad credit score, it went from 946 to 720 and also no vehicle. When addressing this with the staff and management, their response was "well just cancel the car then" and "it's not our issue". 8 weeks later, and I am still in the same position, no vehicle and a bad credit score. Do not buy from them!
