Misogynist or Incompetent
My car went to Drive Vauxhall Hartlepool for non-fault accident repairs. My insurers arranged collection of this vehicle due to the large amount of liquid released under the car and over the engine upon impact. I was contact by the garage to say vehicle was ready, I asked what the liquid was and was told there were no leaks, I explained that there had been and was told this would be investigated prior to collection. I arrived to collect the vehicle and again asked about the spill, I was categorically told that all fluid levels had been checked and all were full, In less than five minutes after trying to use the window washers they did not work, I went to fill up the washer bottle and the liquid poured straight onto the floor. My concern is that what else haven't they checked? The trust has gone in this garage, I asked for my hire car back and was told the repair department had gone home and it was not sales problem but it was mine, (I am sure they are proud of this type of customer service), the sales guy refused to call the lease garage to try and sort this out in the end the service manager took control.
