Be careful what you sign for

Very Poor Service First the Good point. I bought a car on Sunday 15 Sep 24, it failed on Wednesday 18 Sep 24. In fairness to CARBASE they accepted the return and swapped me in to a different car with the same spec within 24 Hrs. Now the bad points. Don't ever think your business is important to them, they are very poor in returning calls, polite to your face but have no interest in you as a buyer. Was told i was getting the paint protection service for free, however on looking at the final invoice and finance documents i have been charged £349 for it. Also on checking the same invoice i have been charged another £349 to be member of an owners club that i have no knowledge of! Over all i would never think of returning to Carbase and if you are be very careful in checking what you are signing fo
