Buyer Beware!

Recently bought a C3 but upon closer inspection the car has had at least 2 impacts, the worst causing rippling of the floor pan. I requested my money back as the car is not fit for purpose, within the 30 day time allowed under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. The seller declined. It also came with a full mot though how a car with a slit tyre can pass an mot is something of a mystery to me.
