Excellent Service Department

I took my Range Rover P400e Velar to Lloyd Land Rover in Ripon, because I had an Engine Management Light (EML) activation. I enquired about a possible wheel bearing issue and I requested an interim oil change. I received an extremely professional service led by Craig Newcombe (Service Department). Craig had his mechanics diagnose and rectifily the issue concerning the EML, established and replaced the Front Nearside Wheel Bearing and completed the interim oil change. Moreover, the Service Dept conducted a full check of my brakes (pads & discs) and tyres (tread depth and wear). Craig Newcombe established that the premature wear on the bearing was covered under my extended warranty. The effective way in which my vehicle had been serviced and repaired was absolutely outstanding. I had been informed quickly by email and phone of the 'state of play' concerning my Velar. In addition, on picking up my vehicle I had a comprehensive breakdown of all works undertaken, and a nice touch, my receipt was accompanied by a hard copy of the service, as displayed on my digital e-service record. I will now use Lloyd Landrover of Ripon for all my servicing and vehicle maintenance needs. An outstanding experience.
