Shit service

They are good at selling nice modern cars but are let down by shit service. I had a rear light fitted and was told it will take about 1/2 hours to fit, quoted £60. When it was fitted I was told that will be £120 for fitting. Today I took my car in with some problems. After about 2 hours they said all sorted but we will have to order a fuel cap actuator. When I told them that they said exactly the same month ago after a service, she grunted and walked of. I was left standing for about 10 minutes when another man came out and said it would take about 30 minutes. 90 minutes later she gave me the key and said all done. No apologies or excuses.
