Purchase of Nissan Juke July 2024

Hi, Danny gave me a fair price for my Ford Focus and a fair price on the Juke. They delivered the Juke for free (to Wales) which again was a lovely option and took my Focus away with no issues. However, The juke arrived minus the FSH promised (it was just a print-out of all the services the car had had?) Danny advised this was 'normal' as it was a previous Fleet car. The Juke also didn't have the locking wheel nuts so I was promised these would be ordered and would arrive within 2 weeks. The boot concealer would also not stay in place so this has now been removed. The Juke came with 2 key fobs, one of which is broken and does not work, the one working had very little battery in it, so I've ordered new batteries. The small purchases I can 'suck up', but I've contacted left messages, sent WhatsApp messages and still no reply. The car is still under warranty so I'm still waiting for a call from Danny or one of the Team. The customer service and lack of response is very disappointing, but hopefully Danny or one of the Team will contact me shortly ...... ??
