Two visits, different faults each time
We took our Qashqai in for diagnosis of an intermittent fault. They couldn't find the fault but their complementary health check found three issues that needed addressing totalling around £1200. I didn't do any of it, 3 months later I was back to get a second key programmed (at an extortionate £360). Another complimentary health check, all 3 original issues are now magically fine... but 3 new ones were identified totalling (you've guessed it) £1200. They didn't like (or have answers) when I asked how the original 3 problems identified in the first health check had resolved themselves. I would only visit again if I absolutely had to or had a warranty as I felt that at the very least they were exaggerating problems. The staff that I dealt with were all pleasant enough and other than the health check findings being a little fishy the experience was fine.
