ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!

I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle, paid cash, promised a service before collection.... not done. No after sales at all! Car been off the road at dealership a total of 69 days since purchase. Asked for refund and they want to include the "loan car" period..... SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. I would 100% NOT recommend this dealership, no wonder they've only got 3.5*** and ranked #61 out of 120, that's just under 50%! Wow! Defo recommend going elsewhere
