Dreadful dealership

Wish there was a minus! I ordered a new car through the Portsmouth branch of this company. I received video updates informing me of initially the build date of the car. Subsequently I received a video update that the car was built and was being shipped, with an update due in 3-4 weeks. Then silence no response to requests by both E-mail and phone to be updated. Six weeks passed and I was then informed, get this! The car was not even due to be built for another 3months????? The explanation I was given, by the manager, was that I had been lied to!! ( his words) and basically I could either WAIT or cancel!! Wasted five months waiting for the car, wasted my time and energy visiting and contacting the branch and all I received was sorry you were lied to!! If you want a new Volkswagen I would highly recommend you visit any other dealer other than Portsmouth Peter Cooper. I am sure you would be treated more respectfully and professionally.
