Bad dealer

If l could give this company a lesser star then l would and read all the reviews a bit further down, before you buy, and dont brush them aside as complainers they are not. l bought a Mercedes b class from Andy he charged me £200 fee on purchase for bogus fee to do with the set up of the finance, so l contacted my finance company to check the fee doesn't exist, l have contacted trading standards as traders should advertise fees and they don't. So drove the 50 miles home and upon excelleration over 60mph the car would hesitate, so l took it to a local garage, who ran a full diagnostics £130.00 later the car has about £1600 worth of work on the engine. This all within the first 30 days. So, contact Andy, his son responded said return the car we will do the works. They had the car a week, on collection when asked if the work on the report was done yes yes is the responce and ill send you the paper work. Turns out they changed a piston or two, but nothing to repair the manifold issues. I know this because l had it checked again costing another £130.00. I went back to Andy stating my consumer rights as the fault occurred within the first 30 days, l have the right to reject the car and l had given him the chance to repair the vehicle this was totally brushed aside by him. I want to return the vehicle and again I was asked to bring it back to see what he is prepared to do, which is actually very little to fix the fault totally ignoring my consumer rights as the vehicle is faulty. Not to mention that its a round trip 100 mile jouney. In the end I have had go to my finance company to resolve the problem. Stir clear of this seller or if you do buy a car check the car at local trusted garage immediately. Also if he says I'll send you the information (he won't) it's brush off. If you have any issus with the vehicle it won't be resolved by him. Dont say you weren't warned. Good luck.
