Avoid Green Acre Cars – Shocking Customer Service and Dodgy Warranty Promises I recently purchased a Jaguar XF from Green Acre Cars, and I have to say, it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. What was meant to be a smooth purchase turned into a complete disaster, and their so-called 3-month warranty is a joke. Not long after driving the car off the lot, I noticed issues with the brakes, disks, and sensors. Basic stuff, right? You’d think a dealership that promises a “warranty” would be on top of it. Well, not these guys. Due to a family tragedy, I missed two appointments, but when I tried to rebook, their response went from vague to downright unhelpful. It’s like they couldn’t be bothered to deal with the issues they’re responsible for. In the end, I had to fork out £850 of my own money to get the car fixed by an independent mechanic because Green Acre Cars couldn’t (or wouldn’t) sort it. For a company that claims to have a 3-month warranty, they sure know how to worm their way out of responsibility. If you’re considering buying from here, do yourself a favour and run the other way. The customer service is awful, and the “warranty” they offer might as well be written on toilet paper. Spare yourself the hassle – trust me, it’s not worth the headache or the cost.
