I felt like I was in a badly made comedy
The Used Car Manager, Richard Grose, I don't believe he what customer service is. A rude and aggressive man who shouldn't be allowed to deal with people. The whole team have zero idea of communication. Ignoring potential and actual customers is, it seems, standard procedure The car hadn't been cleaned even though I was made to wait while it was supposedly valeted. They missed the dried chips and drink stains over the plastic of the seats or all the other bits of food and dirt. The outside looked like it had been threatened with a damp cloth, not even cleaned with one. They only had 2-3 days notice of when I would be there so clearly their time management needs work. The sat nav still isn't working still, some 4 days after purchase, as they forgot to put the card in and still haven't posted it out. So until that arrives we can't use the vehicle for its intended purchase. The some of the mats from the car are missing even though the advert said they were in the car. My advice - avoid like the plague!
