Appaling after sales service
Bought an approved used car from them, when I took it home the suspension was faulty, I was told that's just how they rest lol. After pushing hard the service team identified that the entire rear suspension needed changing and wanted to charge me £2500. I'd only had the car a week. It was clearly not checked thoughroughly. The service dept and entire servicing experience is a joke, no comms between departments and you can barley ever get through to service dept for updates or call backs. I waited 3 weeks to book my car in for break pad replacement and dropped the car off at 08.00, they did literally nothing and i was left without the repair done and no chance of a booking for another month. They literally couldn't care less. Absolulety shocking sevice level for a premium brand.
