Purchased car - AVOID

My daughter purchased her first car from here - The cars AC required re gassing as it didn't work , Olly said this would be done prior to us collecting the car. This did not happen even though on the morning of collection he stated it had been done! I also don't believe the car had a full service either! as conveniently on the morning of collection he had to go and get the book stamped! Upon communication with Olly regards to the AC he said he would do , he was very unhelpful avoided calls/Messages and eventually just told us to go to blue chip the warranty company, whereby we aren't getting much joy either ! When you buy a car in excess of 4k you expect a good service ! The service has been shocking! I would avoid at all costs! - Oh and thanks Olly for not bothering to send off the log book your end! again not completing transactions correctly! AVOID - plenty of other companies out there run correctly!
