We were attracted to this company by their great reputation and having available the Kia Sportage car that we wanted to purchase. Mark handled the sale exceptionally well. He handed us the keys and allowed us plenty of time first to inspect the vehicle by ourselves. He next answered questions that we had on some of the vehicle controls and its history, At no time did he apply any pressure to make the sale, Mark was very pleasant, open and informative. He prepared the car for a test drive and pointed out local speed restrictions. He took us through the vehicle documents and explained the service history, new MOT and 1 month warranty for parts and labour. We left our deposit and arranged pick up within a few days. He was happy for us to contact him outside normal working hours on a Sunday evening to change the collection time the following day, The car was ready and waiting for us and had been prepared and cleaned to a very high standard. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark at Brant Road Motor Centre and based on this experience we will certainly consider going back for our next car.
