For an executive showroom, no executive treatment is provided to customers. Audi xa4diff are definitely turning over quantity over quality. No personal service. Noone was interested in my questions. Staff as a whole seem nice apart from Rebecca who lacks any customer service skills, is rude and daren't crack a welcoming smile. Parking is terrible, no designated bays for planned or booked slots. Instead customers have to drive around and around in the hope they can find a Bay which they do not even know they can use and just park there. Also , the bays are very , very narrow! Def go elsewhere for an MOT and service and elsewhere for a bew vehicle.
