AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid at ALL costs!! The worst service we have ever received in our lives from what is suppose to be a “well respected” company. It is far from! Sold us a car, 32 days later broke down, refused to help us and said it was down to the warranty company. Turns out they missold us the warranty. General Manager got involved, told us to get a full strip down of the car which cost £450 and she would reimburse it once things were sorted. She lied. Said she could only refund us £300 and that she “had no one else to escalate things too” acting as if she owns Motorpoint. Had to speak to the CEO of Motorpoint to get our full money back. Sold us a dodgy car, missold the warranty, refused to help, lied constantly, was without a car for 76 days and about £2000 out of pocket. Have a 5 page document detailing everything that happened throughout. Would give it minus stars if we could, disgusting service! Avoid like the plague!!!
