We bought a Kia Sorento 2005 which is in great condition with average mileage. The car drove smoothly for its year and interior is very clean and comfortable. We experienced a few mechanical problems and instantly sheriff took our car back to be looked at and a curtousy car was given to us whilst it was being repaired. Unfortunately, this car had issues that proved costly and problematic. Sheriff offered us another Sorento which we accepted and it runs perfectly. What we found with The Automotive Showroom was professionalism and understanding. They worked hard to resolve the problem and then offered us an alternative solution. It's fair to say that all was done before giving us another vehicle and it was only because of the mechanical problems undetected, as this car had a good service history, it was just unfortunate and honestly the car drove perfectly on the test drive. I found sheriff and his team very friendly and accommodating. Yes I would buy another car from them :)
