Ignorance

Placed a complaint call to the service manager RICHARD the man has no mangers and is so rude. Told me he was fed up listening to me and said I'm ending the call now and put the phone down . This is not the end I will be in contact with solicitor and managing director!!!! Will never buy of vauxhall again oh and folks check your service plan they haven't cancelled without your permission!!!
