DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM MERCEDES WOLVERHAMPTON My experience purchasing my car has been awful - I went to Wolverhampton to view the car I wanted to purchase (this is a 2 hour round trip) to get to the dealership and the sales manager was not in that day after arranging for me to come and view the car I expressed I wanted to put a deposit down on the vehicle asap and was told by the sales manager had I had first refusal on the vehicle and would be sent the information to put down the deposit Following this the sales manager Vic told me someone internally was having a credit check for this vehicle and I could no longer have it unless they failed the finance check - obviously I was very disappointed after being told I could put the deposit down and after travelling two hour to view the car The original sales manager return from holiday and said no no the car is yours and I can put the deposit down there and then to secure and due to being messed around they would deliver the car to me FOC All the documents were signed and the money sent over for the vehicle - once they had received my money I was told there were no delivery vehicles :/ Therefore I decided to go and collect the car as I was fed up with being messed around and no longer wanted to be dealing with the Mercedes Wolverhampton dealership 2 months later I get a service notification come up stating my service is due in 30 days so I contacted the dealership as the policy is if the car requires a service within 90 days then they will service the vehicle …. My cars service was 92 days due after collection and the dealership disregarded my phone call to say after spending nearly 30k with them It seems absurd that for the sake of 2 days they would not carry out the service on the basis of goodwill. - seems a coincidence Every interaction with this dealership was appalling and I would give their customer service a rating 0/10
