I chose to ignore all the main car dealer franchises in Hull and its surrounds taking a drive to up Driffield to view what was on offer at Armstrong Massey. Immediately found the car for me and was driving it home a few days later. Gave me a very fair part exchange, valeted, serviced, replaced a chipped heated screen that had pointed out needed doing and put a full MOT on it for me. Car looks and drives like brand new. Neil and Gary really showed a high level of personal customer care and I was made to feel very welcomed. 10/10 communication, customer care and buyer experience.
