AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

i financed a car from here back in January drove back up to Newcastle all was fine but after a few days an alert displayed on the car saying engine oil pressure low, i contacted carrigton cars and told them about it, which they seemed to not really care and felt like i was left to sort it out myself which as a 19 year old felt disheartening in my opinion after a few weeks they offered to fix the car which was a "massive job" told me i would have to make my own way down by paying for a recovery truck to take it back down which fine i didn't mind too much but on top of that they didn't even offer a courtesy car as they were "all busy" i wouldn't mind if it was going to take a few days or a week but it wasn't. After thinking on it i decided that i wanted to give the car back that i only had for a week which is in my right to do so as was less than 30 days of purchase. when i rang up to explain this i was rudely spoken to by them and felt belittled as they hadn't made a proper sale and was made to feel it was my fault. After going back n forth with them and the finance company an inspection was carried out on the car and the report came back stating THE FAULT WAS OCCURRING BEFORE BEING SOLD and that THEY WERE FULLY RESPONSIBLE for this. i think they knew all about this and wanted to make a sale to take it off their hands which is disgusting i would never recommend this place at all. STAY FAR AWAY
