astonishingly bad service and attitude
After many phone calls re a suspension fault i finally got land rover assist to organise a replacement car for me car would be ready for 9am Monday went in 10.25am at 11.10am still no car no one spoke to me I WAITED PATIENTLY and had to ask repeatedly if there was a problem Now its fine if there's a problem but DO NOT leave the customer sitting there with no idea how long you are going to be when finally the receptionist returned she then said it would be another 10 /15 mins minimum to fill in the form so its about an hour to wait for a car exchange ??? - I walked out the service manager was quick to follow me out accusing me of of all sorts waving a finger at me like a schoolmaster and frankly he was quite intimidating then he then dismissed me turned his back and walked off !!!!! I had ask them to bring the replacement car to me - still waiting - SHOWS THEIR ATTITUDE this was a brand new £125,000 car being returned after 3,00 miles for a suspension fault I've bought land rovers from this garage in the past NEVER AGAIN this is not the first time their customer care has been exposed as totally appalling if you like to be treated badly like poor service and are willing to put up with incompetence buy from this dealer
