Unique Buying Experience
I noticed the line up of Mercedes for sale whilst waiting in a traffic jam. Never having considered Mercedes before, I decided to pay a visit as an A180 caught my eye. John treated me with respect from the moment I stepped onto the forecourt. He gave me information about the business and shared details about his full career and experience with Mercedes. I sensed his pride in Mercedes and respected his depth if knowledge. I asked John not to sell me a car, which he immediately respected, and answered all my questions. In his words, he enabled me to buy the car (mainly by answering every last question with such clarity). I respected his genuine manner. The car was made ready very quickly: a service, mot and various checks were made - a couple of items that needed attention were dealt with generously and efficiently. John took my car in part exchange, which made handover day faultless. John has since advised me, and gone the extra mile several times. I love the car and see no reason why I wouldn't buy my next Mercedes from John. Thank you!
