Disgraceful and Dangerous

I’m absolutely outraged. I paid over £10,000 for a car that turned out to be unfit for an MOT, and the next day I discovered it was actually dangerous. The bonnet catch was misaligned, putting the bonnet at risk of opening at speeds above 30-40mph. There was a lengthy list of issues, and I was misled during our phone conversations. To make matters worse, I now have an additional repair bill of over £1,500. The only thing they did cover was the replacement of the air conditioning, which was just one of the 13 faults. I’m utterly disgusted by their service. They refused to cover any other repairs, making this a complete rip-off. I strongly advise avoiding this dealer at all costs.
