do not deal with this company. Bought a car here. There was a problem, AND THAT IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STARTED. They repaired my car, but on collection, they gave me a form to sign. i have owned many vehicles over the years. The process should be...I have a repair done. I collect vehicle, I pay what is owed (if anything) and I get a copy of the work undertaken. That is standard industry prractices. OH NO NOT THESE JOKERS !!! The form had 4 bullet points. I had to agree that I was a bad driver. i had caused the fault, I accepted that the repair was acceptabe (even tho I had not driven the car) And I agreed to not take any further legal action against them. Effectively handing them, all my rights as a consumer. They REFUSED to hand over the keys until I signed. They were rude , agressive, almost threw me off their premises. drove my Car into their compound, even tho I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DRIVE MY CAR. That in my eyes was auto theft, Customer service was non existant, I did get my car back, after many hours in their premises. Further inverstigation into this company did throw up some disturbing findings. One of the directors, has a criminal conviction for fraud. That should tell you all you need to know, So go no where near these people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
