Was Told They needed £250 Deposit to “Bring the car to the Front@ This is before I even looked @ the car . Brought out a BMW Convertible £3k over Book Price , said I would get my Deposit back . I rang twice to ask why I did not get my £250 back was told “Both “ times They would sort the refund ! Rang 05/09/2024 spoke to very Rude man who said I was lying and because the finance had been applied for I would not be entitled to £250 deposit back . I put phone down “Told him to get Sophie to ring me I would speak to the” organ grinder not the monkey” . He then blew my phone up with 10 other calls & because I would not answer left an abusive rude message , “if I do not ring him back today & speak to Him ! I will not get my Deposit Back!” I would rather loose £250 than allow this man to bully me & I will be consulting my credit card company & the police
