Appalling customer service aftercare.
Car had fault recall.During work on that, there was total failure and car froze.Told it would take up to 2 months for a new control panel. Car under a year old. Communication, explanation & apology during this time non existent. Car returned in terrible state both inside & out with dent in the boot & scratches down the side! Ongoing & and still no communication or apology forthcoming. No reply to emails or phone calls. Writing this on behalf of very upset family member.
