71 year-old Luddite buying electric car

I was due for a new Motability car from The Holdcroft dealership in Crewe, Cheshire. So far, I have had 2 Nissan Notes, a Nissan Qashqai, and a Hyundai Kona Hybrid up till this September. I was contacted by the dealership by Jacob Snow, a Hyundai salesman. Jacob is unassuming, polite, helpful and very patient. Jacob is young and knowledgeable about all the tech systems on an electric car. Changing from Hybrid to all electric terrified me, but Jacob took it slow for me, and to be honest, he has the patience of a saint. The whole process was painless. I was nervous, but was put at ease by Jacob and am now at home with my new Electric N series Kona with a sunroof and every conceivable gadget and gizmo available. I was able to take in the info Jacob imparted, and understood it all because of the way it was explained. I am not a person who is interested in cars per se, they get me from A to B. Jacob understood my wants and needs. I found the experience refreshing and painless. The Holdcroft dealership is brilliant and so is Jacob. I will not change dealers.
