Bad Experience

Very bad experience with Mex Car Sales Ltd. As it was a very rainy day on the collection day, I had to just take the word of the seller as gospel and was not able to properly check on site. Upon receiving the car at home, I learned that the right fender and bumper were terribly repainted, wheels were in poor condition, the left rear tire was damaged, and there was an uneven gap between the bumper and the hood—all of which I was never informed about. I tried to call them; over the phone, the seller yelled at me. I am currently in talks with the finance company regarding what can be done. The cost of the car was so much that it should have been in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend not buying from this dealership as a lack of transparency and truly shocking customer service. Not worth the risk!
