Absolutely horrified
Absolutely horrified by the handling of our car with Ford Hendy, Tonbridge. Our car has been in for 3 weeks and has no end date for completion. We have had to go in twice because we never get hold of anyone on the phone. We have asked continually for a hire care but been told that this is given day by day and not on long term. We have asked for any day as it is unmanageable with me needing to take myself to work, 4yo and 3yo to two different settings. No one has got back to us. Car taken in, we were told that a part needed to be ordered, then that it was in but work hadn’t started. Later told that it hadn’t come in, now that one man is off work sick (with no idea how long for) and one is just back from annual leave so they do not know when work will start on it. We’ve asked if we can get the car and told that with a part removed, it cannot be driven. For a minimum of £2500 being spent by us in the garage, we’re pained to hire a car for an indefinite number of weeks because they won’t get back to us. Two people have been asked to follow up our calls with an email and haven’t (such as promising it’ll be done by next Friday and then redacting this).
