Heston Automotive in Hayes, sold me a Audi Q2 providing a logbook with only 1 previous keeper. When I received a new logbook stating 3 previous keepers I complained and was told DVLA made a mistake. Heston Automotive FAILED to tell me that someone had already registered the car and had it in their name for only 1 WEEK before clearly returning the car to them. This then added the ADDITIONAL keeper which they LIED ABOUT! I have a letter from DVLA confirming this information and that the dealership LIED and scammed me for £20,000. NOT TO MENTION THE LIES ABOUT HAVING A FULL SERVICE HISTORY.
