I recently purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto Lounge and immediately got an engine warning light - I subsequently took the car to a main dealer for diagnostic (at my own cost) which highlighted a number of issues which I feel should have been resolved before they sold the vehicle (water pump, turbo valve) However, once the faults were diagnosed, Gupi (after sales) was very helpful and swift in resolving the issues - no complaints here ! In summary - car had inherent faults, but resolved in a satisfactory manner
