Disappointing unprofessional

Had a pleasant experience with Sjames until it was time to give car back at the end of finance agreement. They had no record of service history before I even purchased the vehicle and insisted they gave it to myself when they did not. Now affecting the sale of this vehicle. Really unprofessional and poor from them.
