deeply disappointed
I recently purchased a car from Powerlease, and the experience has been far from satisfactory. The process started off poorly with a delayed collection of nearly one week, which was quite inconvenient and frustrating. Furthermore, after a few weeks of owning the car, I noticed that some areas, specifically the rear wing and the front left door, had been poorly resprayed. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, and it speaks to the lack of transparency and quality control from Powerlease I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience and the condition of the car. I hope Powerlease can improve their communication and quality assurance processes to prevent future customers from facing similar issues. Based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
