Excellent Service from Mark Kemp

My wife and I have just purchased an ID.4 from Marshall on the Motability scheme. The service I received from Mark Kemp was excellent every step of the way. He was very knowledgable, thoughtful, supportive and patient throughout the choosing, ordering and collection process. Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured the collection day was special for our son too. He is an excellent ambassador for Marshall Horsham and we look forward to dealing with him again in 3 years time for our next Motability vehicle.
