Not great service and ignored

I bought a car from belgrave garage back in June of this year. It even said on the advertisement “comes with 2 keys” when I purchased the vehicle on the day, I specifically asked about the spare key and Wayne said he’d sort it and contact me within 2 weeks about having a new spare key. He still hasn’t contacted me even though I rang belgrave garage 3 times since I purchased the car and been spoke with Steph on the phone who said “Wayne isn’t in at the moment” what a coincidence each time I rang. And nobody ever got back to me. He advertises a vehicle and doesn’t fulfil the full advertisement. I still only have one key and I paid the full price for the car so Wayne could’ve had the common decency to ring me about having a spare key made but he hasn’t. It’s been 2 months now since I purchased the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from this man. I’ve read the previous reviews and they feel the same as I do. AVOID!!!
