Bad service

Went to get my car serviced and it was in for 5 hours came to collect it and they have been smoking in my car when I have a 4 year old in back seat. I'm very unhappy they told me on phone and in-person that they don't smoke yet right and I'm god they never ring back won't take responsibility for the burn mark never will I shop there again don't get your car from there or fixed bad news ford is
